They have the idea of nurses wanting to go abroad thus leaving the work sooner or later so it is not a good investment for companies to hire nurses if they will just leave as soon as they got the chance to work abroad. I am not saying all call center companies do this. Just majority. Some companies don’t prefer nurses to be a call center agent.
