This story has several points to watch out for. First of all her husband was American, so getting to the States was easier. She would have the sought-after Green Card and have the freedom to work wherever she wants.
Secondly, this story sounds like a lure story used by an agency to get people thinking that life will be so easy in North America. This is not a real story, but one to attract naive people into paying agency fees to live a life of poverty in America.

HI SO INSPIRING PO UNG STORY NYO BWT SA PATIENT NYO…I ALSO HAVE A pt. but he already past away..yeah caring for elderly is not a madali. pero pag heart call khit gaano pa po cya ka hirap parang easy lng…i have a pt also na super masunggit den d cya namamnsin lagi naka erap..but as the tyn goes by mabait then pla stya..even he yeld at my face all i think that time was na gumaling cya…kc bed reeden po cya…so i always encourange him na tumayo..the day na trainee pa plng ako tawag nya sa mga staff doon was txt- tao po…when i assign on him nag pakilala ako.. syempre i didnt expect na ma aalala nya ako the next day..one time he call for help na pakaliwa daw cya…he call my name.. nagulat kame lahat..that time he never call txt or tao po he call my name na. nang matapos na ung ojt na men doon he still call my name pa den daw sabi nung mga staff doon…i used to visit him khit na tapos na ung ojt koh doon..the day before he left panay pasasalamat nya saakin…wala na sya iba sinabi kundi salamat thank you..un pla iiwan nya kame,,, i cried the day i found out na wala na cya,…para akong nawalan ng lolo that time…share lng po..thanx
