I was a product of Program NARS..but unfortunately after the program the nurse trainees are not guaranteed that they will land in a permanent jobs…but still hoping that the government will have an evaluation after the program to assess if we can be a productive nurses someday…the system in the Philippines right now is not intelligent base but ITS WHOM YOU KNOW IN THE GOVERNMENT ..nothing will change even for the new administration.
