Job Description:

Administrative Assistant

Provides a wide range of administrative and general support duties.

• Assists with by screening all calls, composing business

correspondence, managing and scheduling

• Composes correspondence and prepares proposals, forms, reports, and other business related documents

• Maintains appropriate filing of personal and professional documentations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills

• Expert skills with Microsoft Office ability to multi-task

EDUCATION:

• Must have previous administrative experience

• Must have completed 2 years in college any course

• Flexibility to work graveyard shift or early morning shift
