Job Description:
Duties:
A. COST ACCOUNTING
1. Perform actual physical inventory count on weekly basis.
2. Analyze inventory variances for possible inventory in transit and adjustments.
3. Generate concession/ consignment liquidation report for future reference.
B. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
1. Perform direct billing
2. Coordinate distributions of invoices, monthly countering/liquidation, application of payments, preparation and analysis of collection report.
3. Reconciliate monthly sales.
4. Summarize discrepancy of payments.
5. Design monthly sales report.
6. Determine outlet inventory losses.
7. Mail monthly statement and outstanding customer account.
8. Prepare Statement of Account and Ledger.
9. Prepare Monthly and Year End Financial Statement Report.
10. Handle Treasury Functions such as:
a. Monitoring of Cash Position
b. Preparation of Debit Memo/Fund Transfer for everyday transaction to the bank
11. Handle bookkeeping
12. Prepare monthly inventory report
13. Prepare weekly and monthly payroll report
