Job Description:

Qualification:

- Candidate must have strong command of the English language

- Graduate of any four year course or completed at least second year college

- Must have basic knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet connections, and PC troubleshooting

- Must be able to work in shifting schedule

- Should hold relevant residence status

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Successful candidate will interface with client’s customers to provide customer support and resolve their technical problems

- Customer support is provided using various mechanisms e.g. phone, email web chat
