FINANCIAL SERVICES ACCOUNT

Customer Care Professional

(NCR – Pasig City)

Requirements:

• Candidates should have completed at least 2 years in college

• With at least 6 months experience in Customer Service-Oriented environment; Call Center, Banking & Finance and Hotel & Restaurant experiences is preferred.

• If graduate, no Customer Service Experience is required.

• Must be conversant in English

• Must have basic knowledge in MS Office and Internet browsing.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays and weekends.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

• Basic Compensation Pay is at around PHP 22,000 – 25,000

• Night Differential is at 10%

• PHP 3000 meal & transportation allowances
