Job Description:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): HR Specialist - Recruitment / OD. Knowledeable in Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Relations and HR Services
• Preferred skill(s): strong communication skills, excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
