Internal Counsel / Lawyer
Job Description:
Our company is currently in need of two (2) in-house counsel who shall handle the litigation needs of the company and who shall be responsible in the preparation of pleadings for the regular courts, appellate courts, the Supreme Court and administrative agencies; drafting of contracts, agreements and other documents involving real estate and other related projects; review of joint venture agreements of the company with other entities including business partners and village associations; negotiation with lot buyers for the settlement of their complaints; meeting complaining lot buyers and homeowners to immediately address their legal concerns; reporting directly to the officers of the company particularly the President regarding the status of the cases being handled and such other functions and duties as may be necessary and consistent with the fulfillment of their duties and responsibilities.
Candidates must be Member of the Philippine Bar, a graduate of a reputable school and excellent in written and oral communication skills. New lawyers are encouraged to apply. Only full-time positions are available.
