MANDARIN TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
Job Description:
Qualification:
- Candidate must be able to speak Mandarin fluently
- Graduate of any four year course or completed at least second year college
- Must have MS Office, Internet connections, PC troubleshooting experience
- Must hold relevant residence status
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate will interface with client’s customers to provide customer service and resolve their technical problems
- Customer service is provided using various mechanisms e.g. phone, email web chat
