Job Description:
Qualification:
- Candidate must speak fluently on any of the following languages:
- CHINESE, KOREAN, JAPANESE AND ENGLISH
- Graduate of any four year course or completed at least second year college
- Must have basic knowledge of MS Office applications, Internet connections, and PC troubleshooting
- Must be able to work in shifting schedule
- Should hold relevant residence status
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate will interface with client’s customers to provide customer service support and resolve their technical problems
- Customer support is provided using various mechanisms e.g. phone, email web chat
