Job Description:
OPERATIONS MANAGER - 1
• Must be a degree-holder of any Commerce or business-related course;
• Should have a general accounting background;
• Must have at least one-year experience in managing personnel, program planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation;
• Must possess good oral and written communication skills and must be proficient in MS Office applications.
• With excellent problem solving and strong leadership skills.
• Shall be responsible in the management, supervision and overseeing of all day to day activities & operations of all the boats ensuring smooth sailing.
• This position is also responsible for ensuring quality customer service.
