Call Center Agents – Outbound

Retention Inc. is a tele-renewal company that specializes in customer retention and reactivation for over 70 leading publications (Newspapers and Magazines) in the USA. With our excellent track record and a growing list of clients, we are expanding with a new call center in Makati with plans to be in operation mid-March. The Makati office will work in conjunction with our sales offices in Florida, and California.
We are seeking enthusiastic outbound telemarketing agents who are looking for the opportunity to grow with us with us in our new Makati location. Candidates who are hired can expect to earn above average commissions based on their ability to sell subscriptions for some of the largest newspapers and magazines in the USA.

This is a full time position. Hours: 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM (Tuesday-Saturday)
Responsibilities include:
• Agents will be primarily responsible for renewing past subscribers for over 70 of the USA’s leading newspapers and magazines. No cold calling !!! Your job is to bring them back on board as a customer thereby increasing your hourly wage with the more subscriptions you renew as part of our incentive program.
• Conducting surveys from past subscribers in effort to gain market intelligence for our clients; such as why the customer did not like the product and what they would like to see changed.
• Raising funds for charitable 501 © organizations maintained by our various clients like Newspapers in Education.
Qualifications:
• Must be a college graduate of any four year course
• At least 1-2 years of outbound call center/telemarketing experience
• Strong sales background
• Candidates should have above average communication skills and speak excellent American- accented English (Neutral Accent preferred)
• Strong work ethic and professional work habits.
• Can easily establish a rapport with potential customers over the phone.
• Organized and able to work as part of a team
• Quick learner and detail – oriented
• You must have an outstanding attendance record and be highly reliable
• Knowledge in Microsoft programs
• Willing to work in Makati area
Compensation:
Salary with bonus incentives starting from P18,000 to P36,000 for agents that meet these qualifications commensurate upon experience.
