TELEDEVELOPMENT SERVICES

PRE-SALES ENGINEER

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum 2 years of University studies required. Technical certifications and /or Bachelor’s degree in computer related studies preferred.

2. Previous work experience required: one (1) year related experience in help desk, network technician, technical sales or customer service required

3. Summarize the minimum kinds of knowledge, skills and abilities required to do this job:

· Basic knowledge of hardware or software

· Skill in: keyboarding, MS Office Suite (Word & excel), basic sales skills, time management; good communication skills (written & verbal) excellent listening skills, good comprehension skills

· Ability to: learn complex proprietary systems; to work as team member or independently, to relay/share information accurately:

1. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed

2. Must have basic knowledge in using office equipment (Calculator, Personal computer or terminal, Computer printer, FAX, Photocopier, Telephone, Carts)

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

19,800 – basic pay

1,000 – non-taxable rice subsidy

2,100 – non-taxable transportation/housing allowance

25% - night differential

FREE meal every shift

Up to 3k performance based incentive
