Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up infrastructure requirements for new facilities of our client’s delivery centers nationwide

Qualification:

- Must be a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science or Information Technology

- Must have at least five (5) years experience in an IT related capacity with two (2) years on Project Management

- Must be knowledgeable on Project Management, Server Engineering, Network Engineering, Data Center Operations, Supplier Management, Change Management

- Must have background in ITIL or ITSM and ISMS

- Must have good command of oral and written communication

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide management support during implementation phases of project/initiative build-outs at various Centers nationwide and management support for projects migrating to other sites/facilities in the Philippines

- Manage and monitor critical project timelines, scope and cost/budget at sites where projects are to be implemented

- Directly coordinate with Operations Teams, Facilities and Services and Supplier Management Team

- Comply with Space Enablement Methodology, project management platform, as mandated by DCN ISU global standards

- Manage implementation phases of BPO/ITO projects, specifically addition, movement and change (AMC) requirements of projects

- Work hand in hand with respective Account Managers whose projects have AMC requirements

- Cover probing, consolidating and correlating disparate data from all DCN ISU operations teams

- Work with Capacity Management Team

- Monitor and manages the Project Registration System (PRS)

- Track and manages projects to closure

- Work with the Global IT Team for infrastructure related standards

- Adhere to the systems of internal control, processes, and standards based on the guidelines set forth by the organization
