Job Description:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in an recruitment or manpower firm
• Knowledgeable in the different sales requirements of mall based positions
• Has experience in administering, interpreting and analyzing psychological exams
• Has the ability to conduct behavioural interview
• Able to maintain confidentiality
• Highly organized, systematic and has keen attention to details
• With good analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable in the different facets of HR is an advantage
• Must have a dynamic and pleasing personality
• Willing to be assigned at Ortigas, Pasig City
• Willing to do fieldwork activities
