Sales Executive / Account Managment Specialist

Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:

Serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The Account Management Specialist (AMS) is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AMS should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

FOR MICROSOFT & GENERAL SALES

Position Code: AMS-MTC001

- Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Electronics & Communications Engineering or any other business course.

- With at least 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably in the IT field.

-With strong written and verbal communication skills.

FOR TECHNICAL SALES

Position Code: AMS-MTC004

- A BS or preferably a MS degree in a technical discipline (BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, BS Electronics & Communications Engineering).

- With at least 3 years sales experience in telecommunications / call center industry.

- Knowledge in the following areas is critical: CTI, CRM, Voice recording, PBX/ACD, WEB/Internet, NT server/SQL server, Database knowledge, computer H/W & networking.

- Previous Pre-sales experience is a definite plus.

- Superior people skills.

- Exceptional presentation and demo capabilities.

- Strong verbal/written communication skills.

- Self motivated, highly organized and team-oriented.

- Must demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and experience.

- Must have good commercial judgment and be capable of working in an aggressive sales environment.

- Excellent written and spoken English. Additional knowledge in Asian languages is a plus.
