WORKSTATION ENGINEER
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing on-site workstation support and assisting in resolving issues and problems related to workstation hardware, operating systems and configurations
- Maintaining data integrity and workstation security in accordance with standards and best practices
- Updating Incident Management tickets status information (e.g., case notes or work info)
Qualification:
- Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science or Information Technology
- Must have at least two (2) years experience in an IT related capacity
- Must have technical experience on PC hardware troubleshooting, MS Windows O/S, Basic knowledge in LAN, WAN, and MAN
- Must have basic skills in server administration and maintenance troubleshooting
- Must have background in ITIL
- Must be able to work on shifting schedule
