Well, there are different approach to this. The easiest one is to have a paypal account. You can create a paypal account and have them deposit the money for you. You can then withdraw this money to your local bank.

If you don’t have a paypal account, you can apply for odesk’s mastercard. Where it is an international debit card where you can withdraw your earnings to any ATM machine in the world. Yes, that includes the Philippines.
